Phone will NOT turn on only flashes green light, tried resetting, nothing

Can someone help me? Last night went to be bed and my phone had been fully charged. Woke up to a phone that will NOT turn on, only flashes a green light. Any ideas??

Flashing green light should mean fully charged. To reboot hold the power button and volume up and down buttons simultaneously for about ten seconds.

Camille sometime when you charge your Phone in the Off position and attempt to start it. It can on the first time not come on my Maxx has done this Wait a Few seconds and retry it but this time Hold in on the Button for at least 5 to 10 seconds and if it starts up release the Button..
