Why cant I send or recieve picture messages by my droid? I have to come to the vzw pix-flix web page in order to view

Lets get to the bottom of this picture message issue! Most often, if you are directed to the Picture Place online to view the photos, there is a picture/video messaging block on your line of service. When logged in, please review the features, under 'My Device' to see if a block exists. You can remove it from there too! If not, please send me (AdamE_VZW) a direct message for further assistance.
