Hi all,
I just upgraded to a new Razr M. I can send normal Text messages to anyone, but when I try and send a picture message to At&t customers, they are not receiving them. I can receive pictures from them and I can send pictures to my other Verizon phone no problem. I've tried using 3rd party app and stock messaging app. I've also tried decreasing the size of the outgoing message to 100k. Any ideas? Thanks.

Let's get this issue addressed. I don't want your friends to miss out on your awesome pictures on the Razr M! Do you or they have a signature set up on the device? If so, please remove it. Then delete the entire contact and all old messages. Enter the 10 digit contact number and retest.
Do the pictures go thru? If not, please let me know and we can further troubleshoot.
