I am having problems with retrieving my hotmail messages from my phone. There will be a notification beep that I have received new mail, but no notification shows up. When I try to manually go to my account, it tells me that my "credentials are invalid" when my password and everything is correct. I can't even delete the account from my phone because of the credential message!! Help!!!

Good afternoon! I am sorry the email is causing this headache for you! Are you going into Settings>Account>Remove in order to delete the email account? Do you still get the error message? I recommend downloading the MSN/Hotmail email app from Google Play and see if it allows you to login. Keep me posted.
