Problems with My Verizon Mobile app.

Hello,
Earlier today, I attempted to log into the My Verizon Mobile app for the first time. When I went to log in, it just asked for a username and password. I had just automatically assumed that I had made an account when I had initially set up the phone so I tried every combination of usernames and passwords that I thought I might have used. However, none of them worked so I clicked on the "Forgot my password" button. It gave me a temporary password to use and I tried logging in with that and I was able to make a new password. Eventually I found out that the username was my 10-digit phone number. But then, when I went back in to try and log in, it automatically transferred me over to the "Forgot my password" page. It has done that ever since. I've tried several different things to try and get it to convert back; I turned my phone off and back on, I let my phone die, I uninstalled all the updates then reinstalled them, and I cleared the data for it. It still won't let me do anything else.
Help me please.

My Verizon is an excellent way to manage your account, bobo8670! So I certainly understand your desire to get logged in and start using it. My suggestion would be to go to vzw.com on your PC and then select "Forgot my Password" Then follow the instructions to make the change. Once this is completed, you will be able to log into the mobile application on your phone. Please let me know if you need additional assistance. Have a great day,
