Problems with screen...

We purchased two Droid Razr phones both the white ones... My husband had his about three weeks if that left it in his truck when he went to work and came back outside to see the screen cracked across the top right hand corner... The phone had not been dropped, hit or damaged in any way... We called Verizon and explained what happened only for them to basically call him a liar.... They said that it was damage on his part... He asked to speak to a manager or someone over him... The guy hung up on my husband and when he called verizon back the next person said that verizon has no known knowledge of any defects in the screens... (This is a lie on there part because we have had a total of 4 of these phones all 4 of which have had screen problems... All of which have been contacted about...) I was even told on the last replacement that if I'm not satisfied that I would need to contact Motorola... My question to Verizon is why do you keep saying there is no known problems with the screen when I simply typed in cracked screen for droid razr and my screen filled up with comments... All just like my situation.... We paid a lot of money for these phones because they were suppose to be durable now I am sitting with a cracked phone that only works half the time being told by the company I pay our HARD EARNED money every month to be called a liar by them and to be told I just need to pay the 100 insurance fee and get it replaced for them to send the same phone for it to do the same thing and more money to one out of my pocket.... I think this is unfair on Motorola and Verizon's part... When told they had no knowledge of screen problems we told them ( what do you think me calling about the screen is...) there is so many reports of this I don't understand how there is no knowledge ...
