This phone is 10 days old and has shut off on me 3 times.. I was able to restart it but not immediately.. This is not acceptable. Verizon and Motorola know there is an issue.. Tech support told me twice to return the phone where purchased. I called the Verizon store and the sales clerk said they would have to "look" at the phone first and not just replace it...
