recently bought Razr Maxx HD and car docking system, I plug it to car and screen went green and died. Went to Verizon store, they said it was physical damange and would not cover, they passed the buck to Motorola who passed the buck back to Verizon. "Send it in and they'll check" they said, two weeks without a phone... good one. Both are saying they are not responsible for their product. Why sell or build the product if you're not going to stand behind it!!!
Verizon sais they have never seen this before, Has anybody's phone been damaged by docking system?
Just asking Ueg Did you get the correct Docking Station! for your phone! there are two stations Available one for the Regular HD and One for the Maxx HD..

I see you didn't get the experience you expected with your device and docking system! Where did you purchase the docking station? As B33 has mentioned, some docking stations are not compatible with your particular model device. Let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!
