Within the past hour or so my Razr has been continuously restarting itself with no input from me. It will finally start, the processor will not be responding (I believe that is what the crash alert was talking about) and if it finally sorted itself to the point of showing my normal screens, it would then restart itself as soon as the display cut off again. This has happened, as I said, continuously over the past hour and I finally managed to tell the phone to power off. I am keeping it off for now and will try it again in just a second but I wanted to ask if anyone had an idea in case this doesn't help? I want to try to avoid a factory reset, but I can do so if required.
Did you recently add any new applications? There might be a potential app conflict happening.
