Hello all!
I am so confused and LOST! I have a Droid Razr that fails at the update. This has happened 5-6 times already. I get to download it and then when the install comes about, phone reboots, shortly into the install the poor little robot falls over (poor robot). I have tried wiping the cache 2-3 times into the install process and it still fails. Since I can't boot the install from the SD card because it is not available anywhere else but OTA. I need help!!
PS: I have contacted Motorola themselves and they basically told me the same thing everyone has been told by VZW...buy a new phone or use an upgrade!
Any input is very welcome!
