My phone, seemingly since the ICS update will not download multimedia messages. Even text messages that somehow become multimedia messages just because it's a grouped message are difficult to download. I have 4G LTE service and 3 bars on average and I simply can't figure out why it's having issues downloading these small files. I've tried restarting the phone and that works on occasion but not always. Some advice/help would be appreciated. Thanks

MMS is a great way to share pictures and memories! It’s an excellent way to interact with friends and family! Rest assured as I am dedicated to getting your MMS working for you! May I ask are you having any issues accessing the internet on your device? Also, are you using any 3rd party messaging service as your primary means for messages? If so then I would suggest removing the app, reboot, and retest. If the issue persists then please reply with any error messages that you may get. Also, note the software, build, and kernel version that’s installed on the phone so I can check for any updates for you. I look forward to your reply.

My phone is up to date on all software, I do not have it on me at this time. It has the latest ice cream sandwich offered. I recently reset the phone to try and fix this problem (and the keyboard freezing/shutting down) and still no go. I'm not using any apps. I have noticed that when I receive a picture and it won't download that I can "unstuck" it by sending out a picture... it's real annoying either way.
