For the second time, the Gorilla Glass screen on my Droid Razr has cracked again. Of course, if you have asurion on the phone all you have to do is file a claim and you will have a new phone in the next day or two. But my problem is that asurion only allows two phone claims a year. I filed my first claim back in September when the htc touch diamond that i had for two years finally broke, and the second claim when the screen cracked on the first Droid Razr I bought back in December. It seems kind of ridiculous that the "super-strength" gorilla glass on the Droid Razr has cracked two times so far, but I am not going to get on that subject. My question is there any way to order a replacement screen that i can have installed on my phone since everything but the screen on it works. I would really appreciate your help!
Even if it's 2 different model phone you replaced, they still allow you only 2 replacements per year?
if you bought it with a credit card, you might have a warrantee with them for the first 90 days. I broke my screen and was compensated for the entire amount
So why do they keep saying this Gorilla Glass is un scratchable and hard to break? I guess they will tell you anything get that sale.
