Ringback Tone ISSUE

The options are ok. But the good music that is recent from artists that arent exactly 'Beiber" or "Swift" should be available. is there a way to customize our own ringback tones ??? ;____; or can you atLEAST get more music from artists you already have (i.e. Meg & Dia , Rebelution, etc) . The collection from existing artists you have is sad, i pay enough money for that to happen.

No, there isn't a way for you to customize your own ringback tones. Verizon Wireless probably has to get agreements in the place with the record company for the rights to have a song has a ringback tone and then get the snippet approved by the artist or record company. The tone is then uploaded to the Verizon Wireless servers before it offered to their customers for purchase. Once purchased, the ringback tones are managed through your MyVerizon account online.
