OK so I used the backup assistant plus and now the ringtones I purchased are gone and there were changes to my phone. Where are my ringtones and how do I get them back on to my phone?
I paid for them and now they are missing...........................................

I am sorry to learn that your Ringtones have vanished after using Backup Assistant Plus. My resources indicate that Backup Assistant Plus includes a secure, online storage cloud where you can back up contacts, photos, music files, documents and videos, and also lets you synchronize your Google, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL and Windows Live Hotmail email accounts with your Smartphone and My Verizon http://vzw.com website. Backup Assistant Plus does not alter Ringtones in any way. Try locating your Ringtones in the Ringtone folder or other folder:
Connect your phone to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
If necessary, select and hold the status bar (located at the top) then drag to the bottom.
Select Connected as mass storage.
From File Explorer / Finder on the computer, navigate your phone's Internal Storage.
Your phone is listed under the Portable Devices section.
Explore the Internal Storage\Ringtones folder and other folders and see if your Ringtones are in any of those folders. If you locate your Ringtone files in a folder other than the Ringtones folder please drag them (or copy & paste) to the Ringtones folder.
I trust that you will be able to locate your Ringtones with the above instructions. Keep us posted.
