They are greyed out and it is telling me they are turned off by an administrator, encryption policy or credential storage. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hey k_jo, I know that would bug me a bit too, so lets figure this out. We may be able to try a couple of steps to see if we can get those options available again. One step that we can try would be to go into Settings, More, Security, and press Clear Credentials. This should make those lock screen options available to you once more.
