Have you gone into Settings > Storage > and then "Mount SD card"
Could be a bad card, do you have another to test? Have you tried to reboot the phone?

In Settings, SD Card is Unavailable, Cannot mount if unavailable. I will look for another sd card to test.

Change sd card and no help. I think the V Cast Media Manager trashed me.

Media Manager shouldn't have, but it could have - try uninstalling it and then reboot the phone

You need to reboot your phone to see any apps that are installed on your card.

Why waste your time and deal with that frustration when that's what the Verizon techs get paid for? I had a similar problem and nothing I did to try to fix it was working. I finally took the phone and SD card into the Verizon store and it was fixed in 10 minutes. (It was a bad SD card by the way). My only regret was putting myself through all that frustration when I could have just had them fix it in the first place. Good luck!
