I have a turbo 2 with an external SD card. I cannot move files from internal to external card nor can I move files around on external SD card with phone app or with a 3rd party file mgr. Any ideas would be great. Thanks
Are you allowed to move files around when the phone is connected to a computer and you use the computer interface to access the phone?

Yes I am. Also I cannot even move file or create files on the card it self with my phone. It's like the phone doesn't recognize the card except for viewing.
