Samsung s5 won't make or receive calls

My Samsung s5 won't make or receive calls all of a sudden today. It used to work great. Now it goes straight to voice mail without ringing & it says "Dialing..." when I try to place a call, but it never connects. I have 4G service bars in my top notification bar. Wifi, texting & Internet work fine. Anyone know what may have come unplugged or disconnected inside of my phone? Please help.

I really need my phone to work!! I don't understand what'she going on & want Verizon to fix it! Frustrated... if anyone has any thoughts, I'll be watching for comments...
