How do I take a screen shot of my phone display with Android 4.x (Ice Cream Sandwich)?
Click here for video instructions on how to take a screenshot.
Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words. Share a screen capture of your favorite playlist, or your new high score. Forward a screen capture of a friend’s contact information. If you can see it on your smartphone, you can share it with your friends.
To capture your phone’s screen image, press and hold both the Power key and down volume key for three seconds, or until you hear the camera shutter click.
To see the screen image, touch Apps > My Files > Internal phone storage >Pictures > Screenshots. Touch and hold the image for files and sharing options.

Thank you. That worked perfectly. Apex Launcher seems to be a bit laggy when I return to the home screen. GoLauncher worked better but Apex and another were highly recommended for ICS.
