I few weeks ago, I started having an issue where half of my screen was affected by a translucent "snow". All touch screen capability is unaffected. Then the "snow" became a solid gray area that covers random amounts of the screen (always from the bottom, up). Again, the touch capability is unaffected. The appearance of the "snow" or gray area is completely unpredictable and lasts for random amounts of time...sometimes hours. Rebooting does not help.
Anyone else had this problem? I'm going to try a factory reset soon. I'm still under warranty.
