Why am I paying for 4g when 90% of the time i don't have it let alone 3g. i am very unhappy with Verizon I have been a loyal customer for 5years but not any more you are not every where false advertisments and service stinks. I can't even retrieve my ringback tones it just pulls up a blank page.

  And I assume you had checked out your service and signal strength BEFORE you bought the phone? Where are you located and where is there no coverage that you state? What does it show on Verizon's coverage map?

i am in the same boat as you are been a loyal customer for 7yrs paying $300 a month and was satisfied up until about 2months ago when 4g started moving into my area i have had nuthin but problems with my signal going from 4g to 3g to absolutly nothing ....needless to say they havent fixed the problem and i am cancelling my service
