I live in gulfshores,al we had a bad lighting storm that took the whole network down for 4 hrs had nothing after it was restored everytime i send a pic (mms)phone goes to no signal for 5 mins comes back to extended network whats the deal btw i lose service now more randomly theres a tower 2 miles away can anyone explain? Im on a island i know coverage shows perfect coverage has to be something going on with towers please help....
I had this problem with my rezound. call customer service and they can tell you what's going on with the towers/service coverage and even replace your phone if it's the phone's malfunction.

Sounds like network is not completely back online..
How is your call signal, if that is good and data is the only issue it sounds like Verizon fixed the voice side of network and may be still working on data side.
I agree that calling CS should give you more information.
