I took my sim card out n tried it in a verizon prepaid phone, it didnt work. When I put it back in my S4, it still doesnt work. It says its still in other phone. HELP
SIM cards can become corrupted and stop working.
SIM cards are free at corporate stores; just ask for another. If there is not a store near you or it's not convenient to go pick up a new SIM, then CS will ship one to you.
