Smart actions Widget not found in apps drawer

I wanted to set up a new smart action but could not find the app. I went to the Apps, but it isn't there in apps or widgets. I went to google play and searched, but it says it's installed, I need to get the Icon / widget on my home screen but can't locate it. Please help!

It's in the app drawer and on Play Store.  "SmartActions"  Maybe you need to go into Settings - Apps - All.
