SoftCard not working on my Droid Turbo

Hi all, I just got my droid turbo and I love it but the softcard app won't work.  When I go to create an account it says that the phone is not connecting to the 4G/3G network and it clearly is because I disable wifi and can see that it's on the 4G network.  Any advice?

Did you try to turn off WiFi then run the SoftCard App? It may need the 4G/3G network to set up and disabling WiFi while it is running isn't good enough.

My SoftCard app will not do a complete set up without mobile data being on. Verizon uses their data stream for security issues I think.

Just thought of this G.C. I wonder if using Soft Card feature on the Turbo Take a special Sim Card to make it function you might check at your local store to see if that's the case..

That's the issue I'm having now.  The problem is I turned wifi off, restarted my phone, am on 4g LTE, and still get the data.  Working with Verizon on that now, but not hopeful.  Might have to stick with Google Wallet only...

They got it fixed about a month ago.  No special sim card required.
