I have razor m for only 2 weeks and the sound is always breaking up and the signal is only 1-2 bars, my other phones have 3-4 bars for signal.
Went to local verizon store, they did a hard re-boot but the problems did not go away, very unhapply with the agent at the store he blew me off,
told me a file a claim with assurion, that is b.s. Any help ?
