Hello is anyone here who can tell me how to stop the flood of emails from this forum clogging up my inbox?

I have turned all notifications off yet I am still recieving posts from the forums.  Can someone please help me?

Click on your Name next to were it says Welcome to go to your Bio:

Then Click: Edit preferences 

Once in there you'll see this: Click every thing Off as this shows in this Sample.. If want to stop the Emails Coming to your Phone...

I did turn everything ( and checked again yesterday!)  off a few days ago but am still getting email notifications. Can the moderator turn them off?
