I have a Droid Razr M. Can I use it as a projector in a presentation? If so, what do I need for accessories?

The phone itself will not be the "projector" - but you can get a mini or micro projector that will link to the phone so you can project what you see on the phone's screen. I saw one of these mini-projectors in use a couple of weeks ago - it's amazing to see a Youtube video on someone's phone being projected on the wall from a projector that's not much bigger than a paperback book!
More info on the mini projectors: http://mini-projector-review.toptenreviews.com/
You need a projector and the appropriate cables - some projectors come with a variety, others are limited. The site I linked to does a good job of spelling out what each projector is capable of and what is included.

"A Projector is designed to receive a video signal from some external device-usually a DVD player, a Blu-Ray player, or a computer-and project that signal onto a screen. It does this by displaying the image represented in the video signal onto a small screen inside the projector itself, which is then projected onto a screen using a bright light and a lens. The lens is a piece of glass shaped in a very specific way designed to take the small image and turn it into a dramatically larger one."
If you mean that you want to display something from your phone out to another source, then you would NEED a projector to do that. You have a phone. You could get an HDMI cable to send the output to a projector, or I am sure there are apps that will do that also through bluetooth or wifi somehow.

The Droid Razr M doesn't have an HDMI port.

Sorry, a friend of mine who has one said it did, I mentioned to him that my RAZR has HDMI output, and he said his did also. It is actually DLNA compatible. No HDMI cable output.
