Tip : Remember all that Bloatware that we've always complained about, and the inability to delete it ? Well there is a new option in ICS to at least DISABLE 95% of them.
Go into APPS, select the Bloatware you wish to have removed from your APPs drawer, long-press on it -- when you start the drag to the screen process just drag it up to the REMOVE icon at the top of the screen ... You SHOULD be presented with an option called "APP INFO" .. click on it .. The next screen should have a DISABLE choice - click on it .. It will now be gone from your APP drawer. . For SOME of the apps you may have to UNINSTALL the Updates First, then come back again and see if DISABLE is an option ... worked for most of them for me ... a few still won't though .. (e.g., Mobile Hotspot).
enjoy your ICS

That was one of the first thing I tried on my Nexus when I got it. I am enjoying have the two pre-installed VZW apps disabled. I'm glad that Motorola included it with their ICS update.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

To make the process of hiding/uninstalling apps on your phone easier you can just slide your finger down the top part of any of your homescreens, hit the settings wheel next to the date, choose "Apps" under "Device", and then select the app you wish to change. Also doing it this way allows you to go thru all your apps in a list and not have to drag them to the top of your screen
