My s5 touch screen has stopped working. I did a soft reset and it still doesn't work. Then randomly it started working for 10 minutes and then stopped again. Any suggestions
Let’s get that screen back online [Name removed as a requirement of the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service]. We need a few more details in order to resolve this issue. When was the last time that your screen worked properly? Any physical/water damage? Did issue start after updating/installing a particular application? What is your phone’s software Build number as per the link below?
