Transfer pictures to pc

I have a new Razr M.  Has no sd card in it.  How do I transfer my pictures to my PC (windows XP) ??

I thought I read somewhere that motocast could not be used with a usb for the new Razr M

I've no idea; I've never used Motocast with my Motorolas.
