Turbo bricked? "No Command" Error, stuck in bootloop after Marshmallow update this morning?

I have already tried wipe cache partition and wipe data/factory reset. Nothing is working...
It's still stuck at "NO COMMAND" and bootloops.
HELP!

Same issue, although mine may have been encrypted. Took to store. No help. Talked to online support. No help. Motorola wants $150 to repair. Thanks for nothing!

I never turned encryption on... Unless it came default like that.. But either way, the stupid update is breaking our phones.
