Unable to connect to home wifi

I have a Droid Razr and CenturyLink.  I am unable to find my wifi network when I am at  home.  I have two laptops and an ereader and they can connect.  I, also, have a friend who has a Droid Bionic that can connect (which i set-up for him).  I spent over 2 hrs on the phone with a Verizon rep and he told me to contact CenturyLink.  I contacted CenturyLink, explained other devices can find my network, and they "don't support smartphones" and recommended I call Motorola.  Has anyone had a problem connecting to a wifi area with a Droid Razr?  Yes, WiFi is turned "On".  When I SCAN, I do not see my network and when I ADD NETWORK, I am unable to connect manually.  I do see other networks in my neighborhood, just not my network.

I dropped everything on the network and this didn't work either.  I had thought of this and tried earlier but decided to shutdown all computers, etc.
