I get "emails" sent to my phone that come in as text messages. These files are .AMR files. I should be able to click the icon in the text message and it will play the 30 second file, but it does not. I called customer service, and they said to download an app and save the file to the phone, then open the app and then listen to it. I talked to the people who created the program that sends the files, and they have never heard of this problem. Over 1500 phones, and mine is the only one that wont work correctly (clicking on the icon to play the file).
Any thoughts?
