Can someone help with this? When I powered my maxx off this evening, it appeared to apply a new system update. When I powered it back on, I get this message every few seconds. I have not added any new apps in probably 2+ weeks. The phone has worked fine. I saw something in another forum about contacts syncing could be causing the problem.
I'm pretty much a rookie with the phone. So if anyone has any suggestions, please make them straightforward.
Phone is not rooted. It is about 4 months old. Have never had this happen. Also, have not added any new contacts in probably 5-6 days.
Thoughts? (Please?)

If you go to Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/ then choose the All tab. Scroll down to Contacts open it and clear the data cache. Now do the same again but this time open Contact Storage and also clear the data cache.

Thanks for the info Soccer. I had seen something along those lines in another forum but not nearly as succinctly as you worded it. I actually went both places and tried that and the clear cache options were grayed out - I couldn't do anything with them.
I ended up just getting frustrated trying several options and the message kept popping up constantly so I just did a factory reset. It took me some time to get things redownloaded and configured but I'm done now and the error is no longer occurring. But I'll keep your recommendation handy if it happens again. Seems maybe something quirky happened with my phone. Who knows.
But I appreciate your response!!

My Droid Bionic upgraded today. Ever since that message has popped up every few seconds. Wasn't doing it until the upgrade.....Now that its upgraded, I cannot find mangage accounts on the new screen info. Therefore, I can't clear it. What else is suggested. Take it to the Dealer??? great!!!
