I have tried an update on my razr maxx5 times each time its an failure any tips???????
This may or may not help you, but before I install any updates, I ALWAYS do a factory data reset, then, before setting accounts or apps up, immediately install the update, then do ANOTHER factory data reset. I then set-up my accounts, apps, etc. I also set my apps up from scratch - not using the back-up. It's a pain, but I've never had any issues since I started doing it this way.
shadowdragon84, I trust that the 6th time will be a charm. Try deleting any unwanted applications, call history, e-mails and text messaging threads to free up memory capacity. I trust that this will allow the software update to complete. Keep us posted.
