Well if all else fails Do a 1. System Cache Clear if that does not clear you spiders out 2. Do a full out Factory Reset an who know i may have to do one my Self i like to avoid them if Necessary but if i see that things are not flowing as they should i will do it. I've done 4 on my X Since getting it back in July 2010 an done about the Same on my Incredible that i once owned. So i can i can only recommend trying 1. first an then if it's still a mess do the F.R. b33

I Wanted to put on here if you need to do a Factory Reset here a Good way to Perform it.
Hard Reset - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA
Performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications. Only perform this reset if absolutely necessary.
Disable Automatic Restore prior to performing a hard (factory) reset when attempting to determine whether a 3rd party application is the cause of an Operating System / Application issue.
Preferred method
Alternate method
Preferred method
- From a Home screen, select the App menu (located in the lower right).
- Select Settings.
If the application icon is missing, select App menu filter (located at the top) then select All apps.
- Select Privacy.
- Select Factory Data Reset.
- Select Reset phone.
If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
- Select Erase Everything.
Allow up to 10 minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
This should be Done After a factory Reset on the Razr & Razr Maxx Since they Utilize a Sim Card System...
The traditional *228 CDMA activation shouldn't be performed on this device.

As B33 asked - what problems are you having? Downloading it, or did it break something?

I did on the 1st razr I had and then I took it home bam 600kbs.
I may try a factory reset again, due to the fact the update may have not installed right.
To me it seem's high data use trips it into the 600kbs, becuase I went for over a week using next to no data with out any real issues and then I used 2GB in one day and got hit with 600kbs.
