For example; I work in Orange, CA but my phone has been consistently registering in Long Beach, CA - approx. 20 mi away. W/ ICS, no such issues.

Managed to correct the problem w/ a full system re-install via factory data reset (fdr). In retrospect, maybe just a re-install of Google maps may have corrected the GPS issue but the fdr made for smoother overall function.
