I haven't been able to log in to myverizon on my phone. It stats that its the wrong username and password... I haven't changed them. Also doesn't work for VCast either.... please help.
I just had the same problem and had to go through the passwaord reset process since the security question that popped up didn't seem like one I had chosen and i didn't answer it correctly. There was an option to get a temporary password which I clicked and I got a text with a password to use for the reset process. I have no idea why this happened but I'm glad it was not just me. I was concerned that someone may have been trying to hack into my account.
I want you to enjoy the convenience of using My Verizon on your handset PamJ12! When did you last have access to it? Are you using the account owner user name and password? Have you tried clearing the app cache or closed it? This is the first step I would recommend. I have included a link below for your reference.

I have tried your recommendation, however still not able to logon to My Verizon. Even tried the hard reset (power/vol down) to no avail. this effects the Verizon NFL ap also. Very frustrating
I just purchased the Razzor Maxx also and I cannot log into My Verizon. It gives me the screen that my ID & PW don't match. Even though I know them and able to get on using my Laptop. I went as far as to changing the password, due to the fact of too many attempts to login. WTF?
