Tried that... didn't work. 
I have had no problems until tonight. The CAMERA folder disappeared under the DCIM file on the internal storage. I have been able to d/l files to dropbox without an issue in the past. Now, you can see the picture taken the CAMERA app on the phone. Because of the CAMERA folder under DCIM had disappeared, I tried to d/l the app from Google Play. Couldn't find it so I d/l another camera app...and still no DCIM and CAMERA folders are being created. I can see the photo taken in the app... just not on the internal storage. How can I resolve this. I am trying to upload pics of things I'm selling on ETSY etc and having a heck of a time.
Please help!!
What if you connect your device to your PC and add the folder. I wonder if by chance you have inadvertently downloaded the entire file to your PC

I will have to be honest with you and I have never come across this before.
If the device is in Safe Mode http://bit.ly/OJWrbo does the camera folder show? Can you recall if there were any news apps installed prior to this problem?
