I didn't have my Droid Turbo 2 for 2 years and had to get a different phone. Everytime they did an software update I had to get a new phone. The first two were warranty repairs. The third one was on me. There was no physical damaget to any of the phones. The rep told me that happens with software update. Why is that my problem????? Seems to me if THEY screw it up, they should pay for it. Legal Theft!!
