How do I get the verizon announcement off of my Motorola Droid turbo 2 that plays before the ringtone?
Is that an announcement that people hear when they call you? Or is it what you hear?

The "please enjoy this..." You have to login to the Ringback Tones on VZW.com and turn off the RBTones announcements.
If your talking about something that is playing on your actual device before you answer.. I'd suggest you check under Settings > Accessibility on the device. It could be Moto Voice or TalkBack on etc. Just a thought.
