I just got a new Razr M today. I used Backup Assistant to import all my contacts and the contacts are in my phone...I just can't see them. They do not show up under people or the phone. When I go to make a call, I can see the names when I start typing in a number. But I can't just see my contacts. What am I doing wrong? I just want to see my contacts so i can choose it when sending a text or making a phone call. I really like the phone except for this. And my husband has no problems at all with his Maxx HD that we also got today. HELP!
Are you using the "Phone" or "People" icon to view contacts? If using "People" then at the top select People. If using "Phone" touch the magnifying glass on bottom left.
