How do you turn off the the visual voice mail message on a S5 galaxy?

Having access to your voicemails is important. I use the visual voicemail feature as well for the convience of accessing my important messages. Is there a specific reason why you wanted to cancel this free service?

Charges my data and I just want one button access to my voice mail. Yesterday I found that I had 4 voice mails from previous days that I was not aware of because that annoying screen
comes up instead of my voice mail.
