The voicemail notification doesn't work on one of the new Motorola Razr Maxx phones on my plan. The icon never appears. If I tap the Voicemail icon, it says I have zero voicemails. If I call my Voicemail, I find out that I have multiple voicemails...none of which my phone alerted me about. I tried turning the Message Waiting indicator off, the back on. I tried turning the phone on in Safe Mode and it still wouldn't work. I reset my Voicemail. I went into Voicemail Personal Options to make sure the voicemails are directed to the right device and that the operator is turned on. Nothing works. Any ideas? I have been missing calls about important meetings. Have to fix this. Any help?
