I recently saw a video about The Big Red Verizon, it is completely disturbing and we pay these people lots of money a month, I for one will never let Verizon edit my internet.....(Edited to comply with VZW Community ToS) watch for yourselves and you decide,,,,

Their network is their property. 5th amendment would apply in that regard. It's similar to your home network where you can edit what you and your kids can see.
The only way net neutrality doesn't break the 5th is if the general public is willing to spend tax dollars and implement a PUBLIC ISP where the public owns it.
As for the 1st... It doesn't apply in private and only PUBLIC domain. So the guy is right in that regard since the information is on PUBLIC domain.
