I'm sorry to see there is a problem with your screen that requires a replacement. The Droid Maxx 2 came with a Screen Insurance Replaement for devices that were purchased between 10/13/14 - 6/30/16.
This Screen Assurance Program offered 1 free replacment within 2 years from the date of purchase for cracked, scratched or broken screens, free of charge.
We can certainly check your options for this replacement option.
If you do not qualify for this program, we can also check to see if you have an insurance option on your account which will replace the phone for you when you file a claim with Asurion. http://bit.ly/1rGZNyn
