Where is the software update for my device?

Android Version 4.0.4

System Version - 6.16.211.XT912.Verizon.en.US

Baseband Version - CDMA_N_05.11.01PLTEDC_U_09.11.00

Build date Thu Jun 14 2012

I would think that there is a software update. However, All I ever get while checking for a software update is "Check for update is not available at this time. Try again later."

Ideas?

I did (2) cache clears with no change... The first factory reset took care of the issue and I was able to complete the update... In hind sight... I wish I would have done this sooner.
