White line across picture

Anyone had this problem?  Just bought my phone, got home, and I have a white line across the screen for pictures, which shows up in the picture!?  And, it shows up as a gray line in videos!!!  Might have to take back tomorrow...

I'm sorry to hear that your new phone is behaving this way. I know that's a bummer! Is there any of the protective film covering the lens of the RAZR? I did research and found no related concerns reported to Verizon Wireless or Motorola, so I'm confident this is a fluke. I do recommend, if not resolve, that the device be exchanged under the Worry Free Guarantee or Manufacturer warranty. Please direct message me if you have any questions or concerns.
