I tried this and a screen shows up .with message AP FASTBOOK FLASH NOTE WITH START BUTTON BUT WONT RESPOND
It's important to get your phone to power up correctly, KRISBIR. What happened before this showed on the screen? Did you press certain buttons to get here?
For the phones with non-removable battery such as the RAZR you can use another method to power off/on. What happens when pressing and holding the power and volume down buttons? Are you able to power your phone off? If so, please follow these steps to get to the bootloader menu: http://vz.to/2rTQaU7 . On step 5 you can select the option to reboot instead of factory reset, this will not erase your information. Does this get your phone to reboot for you?
